Urban Transformation Law

As our country is located in an earthquake zone, urban transformation efforts have accelerated in recent years under the Law on the Transformation of Areas under Disaster Risk, enacted in 2012 and commonly known as Law No. 6306. Since urban transformation is a difficult and lengthy process, obtaining legal support in this field has become almost a necessity.
